Google Ads + lead system for a trade business

I ran their Google Ads and built the system that replies to new leads, drafts quote summaries and books site visits. Then I matched every accepted quote in Xero back to its lead source, so we knew exactly which ads won jobs. He was fully booked between March and August 2026, and never touched the admin. Now with an AI receptionist to answer calls too.
